Due to COVID-19 Australia Post are experiencing delivery delays in their network. The Australia Post tracking tool remains the most accurate guide on estimated delivery dates of your parcel and it will advise you of any delays while your product is in transit. Delivery Cut Off Times

Orders placed before 10am Eastern Standard Time (EST) should arrive within 2-4 business days Standard Ground Shipping. If you live in regional areas please expect longer delivery times.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

Bulky Items

Bulky items include 12 Pack of Nappies and 24 Pack of Wipes. Bulky items can attract higher shipping fees starting from $14.95. These shipping fees are based on the size and weight of the order and any shipping charges will be quoted during checkout. Estimated delivery time for bulky orders is 5-7 days

Returns

We want you and your little boo to be 100% happy with the nappies and wipes as we are designing them. That's why we cover free returns (including free shipping) within 30 days of purchase. We’ll either refund every cent you have paid excluding shipping or send you a different size whichever option you prefer. If you'd like to return your purchase, please reach out to us.

What's your returns and exchange policy?

If you decide that your YOU&BOO product isn’t for you or your little boo, you can return or exchange it anytime within the 30-day period. Request a return by simply emailing us at hello@youandboo.com and we’ll take care of it for you.

We reserve the right to refuse orders and refunds, including those which our payments processing partners have identified as fraudulent.

Products eligible for a refund or exchange are:

  • Items with a manufacturing fault, have been damaged during shipping or the incorrect product has been received.
  • Items you are not 100% happy with. Due to the nature of the products, return or exchange items need to be in original selling condition.

YOU&BOO covers the cost of return shipping if you’ve bought within Australia.
